oh i also read that bruxism can cause tinnitus so yeah maybe that’s the cause of the almost constant ringing in my ears (it often dissappears and then comes back again and dissappears and comes backs and so on)
so yeah phew. it might not be a brain tumor after all eh!

so yeah. i went to the dentist today and i learned quite a few things
he told me i’m a ~bruxist~, meaning i have bruxism (involuntary habitual grinding or clenching of the teeth) i was kind of aware of this one, actually. i don’t really grind my teeth, i pretty much clench it. AND I DONT WANT TO. but then again, it’s involuntary. and it gives me jaw pain sometimes :C
